Responsibilities: Conduct Diagnostic Testing: Perform a variety of clinical tests and analyses on biological samples, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards. Automate Testing Processes: Utilize advanced laboratory equipment and software to automate testing, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Quality Control: Recheck and validate test results to ensure accuracy and reliability before reporting to healthcare providers and patients. Patient Counseling: Provide personalized counseling to patients regarding their test results, helping them understand the implications for their health. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tests performed, results obtained, and any deviations from standard procedures. Qualifications: Education: BMLT (Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Technology) DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) MD (Doctor of Medicine) Experience: Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in pathology or diagnostics. Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting laboratory equipment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance. Certifications: Relevant certifications in laboratory technology or pathology (e.g., ASCP, CLS) are preferred but not required.,
