Division: AID Business Development
Location: Mumbai, Pune ( 2 Positions per location ,1 . Prefer local candidates from Mumbai and Pune) with understanding of that Geography and connections with Architects and Interior Decorators in that areas.
Reports to Regional Manager-AID
Educational & Work Experience:
Full Time Post Graduate in MBA from a reputed institute with 4 to 5 years of experience in handling AID in building materials industry, specially from premium category architectural products used in building industry .
Key Competencies/ Skills: Candidate to bring across high energy and drive to build and grow the business in a highly competitive environment. The candidate should be extremely flexible in travelling across locations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Role & responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to secure business and specification for Paints with Architects and interior designers in allocated geography Relationship Building -
Developing relationship with key stakeholders to drive long term business growth and gain a competitive advantage.
Market Research - Keeping up with industry trends, customer needs and competitors.
Sales process- Meeting potential clients (Architects and Interior designers) to understand their needs to provide the relevant solutions and gain approval for paints and coordinate with respective sales managers to get the leads closed successfully. Drive alignment between PROs, Assistant Managers, and other cross-functional teams
Customer Service - Ensuring customer queries are resolved and the services extended on real time basis. Track and provide effective and appropriate solution to the clients problem and ensure complete customer satisfaction within defined timelines.
Executive Sales Objectives- Overseeing the implementation of business objectives in lines with annual sales. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of projects Being the face of the company for multiple stakeholders.
