Job Description
- Use various effective sourcing strategies, such as internet job boards, networking, resume mining, social networking, cold calling
- Pre-screen all applicable candidates, recommending candidates to hiring managers based on detailed requirements of position and job competencies; provide managers with reasoning for advancing candidates.
- Establish credibility and remain engaged with hiring managers and senior management to stay abreast of the hiring process.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good time management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
