Job Description

Location: Pune
Duration: 3 to 6 Months (can be extended based on performance)
Type: Internship (Full-time / Part-time)
Stipend: Performance-based / As per company policy
Education: Pursuing or completed Graduation/MBA (HR specialization preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Maintain candidate databases and track application statuses
• Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes
• Support in HR operations like attendance, leave tracking, and employee engagement activities
• Draft HR-related emails, letters, and communication
• Assist in organizing team-building activities and events
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR functions

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Positive attitude and team spirit
