Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Java applications and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines. Identify and address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving development processes and tools. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources effectively. Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Java development, including a strong understanding of core Java concepts and frameworks. Experience in Springboot and Microservices architecture. Previous experience in a lead or senior development role, demonstrating leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in Java frameworks and technologies such as Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs. Experience in utilizing Enterprise Microservices Arch and Service-Oriented Architecture Experience in Databases MySQL, Oracle, and Mongo DB. Experience in cloud technologies AWS is good to have. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. (ref:hirist.tech),
