Responsibilities Required experience of 4 to 5 years of AJO development experience Experience in digital development skills and experience (landing pages, banners, etc.) Experience dev skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (i.e., React/Angular), AJAX and other web development frameworks Experience working with mobile and web templates Quick learner with the ability to adapt to modern technologies and tools. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality checks before campaign activation. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, social, and web channels. Knowledge of data engineering principles and their application in campaign execution is a plus. Skills/Competency Proactively develops relationships with a wide variety of people. Qualifications Expected to have in-depth understanding of AJO Platform. Responsible for developing, testing, and deploying campaigns on AJO. Certificate in AJO/AEP CDP or related adobe stack. Develop and execute campaigns using Adobe Platform according to specified requirements. Take ownership of all campaign activations and ensure their successful execution. Exhibit your Adobe platform expertise by guiding the team on the functional and technical capabilities. Execute omni-channel marketing campaigns, including email, mobile, social, and web channels. Analyze and tackle campaigns based on requirements, ensuring effective targeting and personalization. Perform meticulous quality checks before activating customer journeys. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to customer journeys, data, or email deliverability. Setup of data source, webhooks, events, actions and reporting Entering and tweaking HTML, CSS, Adobe personalization Thorough understanding of email rendering in mobile devices, web-based email clients, and desktop clients. Create fragments and associate them to emails Create and test landing pages,
