What are we looking for We are looking for an experienced Senior Programmatic Strategist who can support the growth of new and existing clients programmatic investment across the APAC market and over, to help achieve our agency growth strategy. A successful candidate has experience managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders and has an enthusiasm for programmatic media innovation and advertising. The ideal candidate will work towards revenue growth and demonstrate exemplary service and expertise within the programmatic and digital media space. You will be responsible for working across several accounts, working towards delivering exceptional account strategy, direction, and service. You will develop deep knowledge about clients and their goals through positive relationships with key account leads, acting as a trusted programmatic expert. What will you be responsible for Reporting into the Global Head of Programmatic, you will lead the Programmatic strategy and assisting in multi-channel agency pitches. Client Servicing - Programmatic Delivering a world class service the agency account and planning teams are the primary clients, so you will communicate well with agency colleagues and share your knowledge, and constantly improve the reputation of programmatic investment through your professional attitude and knowledge of the space. Proven experience of building strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders across the agency. You will articulate the value FYND Media (the internal programmatic agency) provides for each client through effective and insightful data analysis and presentations. You will be an expert in explaining difficult data led concepts and analysis in a story driven discussion to educate and upsell ideas. You will act as a point of escalation for all top line programmatic queries and troubleshooting problems, deep-dives and be considered an expert in programmatic strategy and planning, through both platform working knowledge and a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings. You will assist at the planning stage to ensure the FYNDs programmatic offering is considered from a strategic growth process and compared to other external solutions being put forward and act as the advocate to push our internal programmatic solutions by having constructive data led discussions. Drive business growth the growth of our programmatic business depends on the increased adoption of our internal services (FYND Media), so you will understand the client benefits of all our business models, products and services and upsell wherever possible. You will maintain and track revenue growth by clients investment into FYND Media solutions. Demonstrate programmatic leadership you will need a high-level knowledge of programmatic technology and industry to help champion programmatic investment with the agency account teams and with the end client. Working with FYNDs Programmatic trading team and Programmatic Regional Directors, to better understand our USP to up-sell and improve solutions based on market trends. Ensure a complete understanding of end-to-end programmatic strategy and planning from a commercial and revenue front is adopted alongside how to address agency planning versus our internal programmatic solutions. Working with internal departments as well as your own research and knowledge, rapidly learning and articulating new value propositions and building case studies and other relevant material to drive client investment in our programmatic solutions. New Business - Programmatic Leading in business development pitches as the programmatic expert. Creating and amending programmatic collateral to support the pitch and selling in the FYNDs programmatic solutions. Creating case studies to support the wider Business Development teams. Working with marketing leads to help improve/create relevant programmatic content such as whitepapers, social media article that can help promote our great work. What are the requirements of the role Solid Experience of 7+ years in the field of Programmatic and or agency sales/client servicing role. A proactive, self-starter who can use their own initiative to spot and leverage opportunities via innovation and forward-thinking and are comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and leadership team. Application of industry & technical knowledge of internet functionality, the online advertising industry, trends, technologies, and pricing models. Strong programmatic knowledge to meet client objectives. A deep understanding of our competitors programmatic solutions to be able to convey our USPs versus theirs. Experience working with programmatic Display, Video, Mobile, CTV, Audio, DOOH a plus Experience working towards measurable direct-response metrics is a plus Hands on or working knowledge of key programmatic DSPs (DV360, Trade Desk), Ad servers, Mobile Measurement tools would be beneficial. Excellent communicator at all managerial and leadership level, with the ability to explain key concepts and strategies in a compelling way by tailoring our message as a convincing story to the audience. Agility and flexibility are important to demonstrate the ability to solve problems Strong proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, especially in presentation skills to different stakeholders.
