Job Title: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) AI-Based SaaS ERP for Global Footprints Industry: SaaS, Enterprise Software, PropTech Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our global sales and revenue generation strategy for our AI-based SaaS ERP platform, specifically designed for global property management. This is a critical leadership role where you will oversee the strategy and execution of sales, revenue growth, partnerships, and customer success in both established and emerging markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS products, particularly in the property management sector, and significant experience driving global revenue growth, with a focus on the India & USA region. Key Responsibilities: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive revenue strategy, including sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships, to ensure sustainable growth and long-term business value across global markets. Oversee the global sales teams, ensuring that they are equipped, motivated, and driven to meet aggressive revenue targets. Provide mentorship and strategic direction to regional sales leaders, focusing on building high-performance sales teams. Drive growth in key markets with an emphasis on the USA, while also scaling our presence in international regions. Identify new business opportunities, verticals, and partnerships that align with the companys strategic goals. Collaborate closely with the customer success teams to ensure our clients are achieving maximum value from the AI-based SaaS ERP solution. Develop strategies to improve customer retention, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value. Own the revenue forecasting process, providing executive leadership with clear, actionable insights on performance, market trends, and sales pipeline. Ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met and exceeded. Establish and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, including technology partners, channel partners, and resellers. Drive strategic alliances to amplify growth opportunities and brand presence. Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment across all departments in support of revenue goals. Advocate for market-driven product enhancements based on customer feedback and sales data. Willingness to travel regularly to key markets, including India and international regions, to meet with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Key Qualifications: Minimum 12-15 years of experience in global sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in SaaS and enterprise software markets. Strong knowledge and experience in SaaS-based ERP solutions, preferably within the property management or real estate technology sectors. In-depth understanding of the North American market, including sales cycles, customer expectations, and regional nuances. Experience in leading and scaling global sales teams, managing diverse teams across multiple geographies, and driving consistent revenue performance. Ability to think long-term while executing on short-term goals. Proven success in navigating complex sales environments and growing businesses in both established and emerging markets. Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of SaaS solutions, AI-driven products, and ERP systems. Must be open to frequent travel within India and internationally for business development, partnerships, and client meetings. Bachelors degree in CS (Computer Science), or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SaaS ERP solutions in the property management space or real estate vertical is a distinct advantage. Knowledge or experience with AI-powered software solutions is highly desirable. Experience in scaling sales operations in global markets, particularly in high-growth regions like India, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
