Job Title: Process Executive (PE)

Location: Mangalore

Requirements:

Any Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Good communication skills for handling inbound calls, including the ability to manage and resolve customer queries effectively.
Experience in voice process, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
Flexible to work in 6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST Shift
Flexible to work from office/home
