Job Description

  1. Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates;
  2. Handle employee documentation, including contracts, ID proofs, and attendance tracking.
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates.
  4. Assist in resolving employee queries related to payroll and statutory benefits.
  5. Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.
  6. Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs.
  7. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates.
  8. Keep track of statutory deadlines and prepare necessary documentation.
  9. Ensure adherence to labor laws, including maintaining compliance with the Factory Act, PF Act, ESIC Act, and minimum wage regulations.
  10. Support in executing HR policies and practices aligned with organizational goals.
