Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of HRM & OB at Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research in Chennai. The role involves teaching, research, and academic responsibilities related to Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Qualifications Expertise in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior Experience in teaching HRM and OB courses Research skills in the field of HRM & OB Strong presentation and communication skills Ph.D. or equivalent qualification in HRM, OB, or related field Experience in academic administration is a plus Knowledge of current trends and practices in HRM & OB Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment,
