Job Description
- Designation : Android Developer (Native) Location : Baner, Pune Experience : 4+ Yrs 1) Job Description : a) Specification, development, and debugging of mobile applications b) Working closely with back-end development team and UX design team to implement mobile product requirements. c) Creation of reusable libraries and mobile application frameworks. Evaluate and research latest technologies. d) Advise management w.r.t. pros and cons of implementing specific mobile platforms e) Bring your best-in-class engineering skills to create innovative mobile apps. 2) Scope Of Responsibilities a) Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform with high performance, reusable, and reliable quality code b) A deep familiarity with - Android Application Development with Kotlin, Android SDK, Android Debugger c) Translate designs and wire frames into high quality code d) Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs e) Creating tests for code to ensure robustness and performance f) Working with external software libraries and APIs g) Closely working with the team members to deliver a best possible application 3) Skills / Experience Required a) 4+ years of experience in Android Development b) Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies c) Understanding on user experience and usability aspects d) Good to have understanding of the Fintech, Blockchain domain. e) Should have programming practices like clean code and SOLID principles f) Familiar with Android Architectures, testing, and Jetpack libraries g) Experience in Local Database. h) Have published Android apps on the app store. i) Excellent object oriented analysis and design skills (OOA/OOD) j) Experience with device / server communications via JSON, XML and / or HTML via REST / Web Service k) Experience of working in agile methodology l) Solid understanding of common programming tools and paradigms, such as version control, use of frameworks, and common design patterns m) Familiarity with the use of hardware such as accelerometers, cameras, and gyroscopes in mobile applications development n) Comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team and with code written by others, including bug fixing, and refactoring legacy code o) Excellent communication skills.
