    JD L&D Program Manager Description Biocon Limited, is looking for Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager to join our Talent Management team. We are seeking a talented, data driven, and proven individual with training program experience. The ideal candidate should be able to work in a cross functional, fast-paced environment; has strong program management and communication skills. Successful candidates are collaborators who work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer and business need. Basic Qualifications Experience in a training role; designing and delivering learning solutions and evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs. Excellent verbal and written communicator; experience in engaging multiple stakeholders. Data skills and the ability to understand how learning activities and responsibilities play into the metrics that drive team success. Use data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and initiatives and use customer feedback to continuously improve the quality and impact of our L&D solutions. The ability to work in fast-paced ambiguous environments, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, processes and priorities. Full proficiency in MS Office Desire to think beyond traditional classroom training experiences and innovate in the L&D space. Ability to use multiple learning methods and to match the appropriate methods with the subject matter. Self-driven with high degree of ownership and results orientation. Experience driving end to end delivery and communicating results. MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experience. Instructional design experience preferred. Key job responsibilities Design, develop, and facilitate learning solutions to create meaningful employee growth experiences Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation. Identify opportunities for innovative and creative approaches to learning and development, and lead the implementation of new initiatives as appropriate. Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritise improvement programmes, seeing them through from start to finish. Enhance operational performance on every programme in partnership with your stakeholders. Conduct data analysis deep dive to measure training impact and report on data to ensure our learning solutions exceed a continuously rising quality bar. Plan and schedule training sessions and implement as per the plan. Partner with HRBP and other key stakeholders to implement a best-in-class learning solutions that engages employees and builds capabilities.,
