Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Asst. Manager / Manager - Machine Building at Kairish Innotech located in Vapi. As a QA Manager you will be responsible for quality assurance, Document Preparation, Preparation of Procedures, Check Sheet, Machine Qualification, manual testing, creating test cases, and testing. You will work closely with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of our products. Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures. Designing and executing testing plans to ensure that developed software meets the technical requirements and standards. Identifying defects and inconsistencies in assembly and production processes. Planning of inhouse parts / BOP inspection and on time delivery . Collaborating with other team members to find solutions to quality issues. Maintaining documentation of test results and preparing detailed reports on the findings. Ensuring compliance with national and international quality standards. Monitoring all stages of machine assembly to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. The specific tasks of a Quality Assurance Engineer can vary based on the company and industry, but commonly include: Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities. Machine Qualification - DQ, IQ, PQ Investigating the causes of non-conformity and training users to implement solutions. Staying up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. Qualifications Experience in Quality Assurance and Manual Testing - Pharma Machine Building , Toolshop , Fabrication Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong collaboration and teamwork skills Experience in the machine building industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field,
