Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Networking Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have certifications in CCNA and CND and possess a passion for imparting technical knowledge to others. As a Networking Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing curriculum, and ensuring that our participants gain practical skills in networking technologies. Responsibilities: Conduct training sessions on networking concepts, protocols, and technologies. Develop and update training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different audiences. Assess participants progress and adjust training methods accordingly. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to participants as needed. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in networking technologies. Collaborate with other trainers and departments to enhance overall training effectiveness. Maintain training equipment and tools in good working condition. Requirements: Certification in CCNA and CND is mandatory. Proven experience as a Networking Trainer or similar role. Solid understanding of networking protocols, equipment, and configurations.
