Job Description

• Position Title: Customer.io Specialist (Developer & Admin)
• Job Location: Remote
• Job Timing: 1:00 PM 10:00 PM IST
• Experience: 5+ Years of experience.

Technical Skills (REQUIRED):

• Proficient in C# and Bicep.
• Deep understanding of the Customer.io platform or a quick learner of the tool.
• Strong development experience in Javascript, JSON, and working knowledge of Liquid syntax.
• Understanding of Client Portal data models within Customer.io (User and Client).

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage customer segments within Customer.io.
• Develop new API-triggered broadcasts.
• Change the schedule of existing API-triggered broadcasts within Customer.io.
• Map Customer.io API-triggered broadcasts within Contentful.
• Develop and implement campaign/broadcast workflows, including creating email templates.
• Serve as a resource for Customer.io guidance.
• Deploy new/updated Customer.io "objects" from one environment to another.
