Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical operations of assigned facilities
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing and Soft Service etc.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors and service providers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve facility performance
• Monitoring of Housekeeping related activities
• Soft services stores and stocks to be maintained

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in facility management or related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
