Job Description &
Responsibilities Manage Social Media channels of the CEO (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
Engagement Activities involve, but not limited to DMs, connecting,
posting, reacting/commenting to posts based on set processes (flexibility
whenever required) all from CEOs tone Proactively maintain a pipeline of posts ideas and timely execution
Create engaging posts which elicit active responses (eg. Poll, survey etc.)
Lead engagement initiatives across channels, especially during CEOs
business trips and ahead of Key industry events Develop and curate content that reflects the CEO's vision, leadership style,
and industry insights Collaborate with Inctures Digital marketing team to ensure synergies
Maintaining strict confidentiality is a must - as most info. is sensitive in
nature Map key stakeholders in customers, prospects and partners LinkedIn
handles
Track key developments in CEOs network on LinkdeIn (eg. Org.
restructuring)
X Tweets on various IT industry latest happenings
Other Support Activities expected: Support execution of events organized/attended by CEO
Craft and execute email communication to various internal and external
stakeholders for CEO Track action items from various meetings attended by CEO and ensure
timely execution Data collation (From Incture's CRM database and Internet sources)
Derive meaningful insights from the data (conclusions/recommendations)
Research the Market, Customer company/Prospects and key stakeholders
Liaise with leaders within Incture to get the required information (customer
background, history of conversations, insights on IT landscape etc.)
Enrich the customer contact and information on Inctures CRM database by
using marketing tools such as Apollo Support in creating pitch decks for CEO's meeting with customers
Support other initiatives
Skills
Marketing background
Familiarity with Social media channels and tools (content creation software
like Canva) Familiarity with advanced usage of LinkedIn
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in writing long form contents including POV, Blogs and white
paper Data compilation and interpretation
Secondary research
Stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Ability to think on your feet and deliver the goods at short notice
Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to meet deadlines without compromising on quality of output
Organized and self-driven
Strong team player
Specialization in Communications/Marketing is preferable
Exposure to B2B and technology trends would be a plus
