Deputy Manager - Rural Consumer Durable @ Bajaj Finance

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of consumer durables in rural areas through dealer and distributor channels.
• Develop and manage rural retail partnerships and dealer networks.
• Monitor credit approvals, KYC compliance, and disbursements.
• Track portfolio performance, manage delinquencies, and ensure collection follow-up.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess demand and identify growth areas.
• Train and supervise on-ground staff and sales executives.

Requirements:

• Graduate/MBA with 4 years experience in consumer lending or rural sales.
• Experience in rural markets preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
