Job Description
Junior Full Stack Developer Fintech
Were looking for a Junior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in web development and a desire to grow in a dynamic fintech environment. You'll work alongside experienced developers, contributing to the development and maintenance of scalable web applications that deliver a seamless digital customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and maintenance of full stack applications using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with senior developers, product managers, and designers to deliver new features and improve existing functionality.
- Help build secure and efficient backend services and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and Agile SCRUM ceremonies.
- Troubleshoot bugs and contribute to performance optimizations.
- Learn and apply best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Required Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience (or strong internship/projects) in Laravel (Laravel 10 preferred) and PHP 8.
- Basic understanding of backend databases: MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with JavaScript (ES7/ES8); exposure to React.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, and responsive design practices.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and basic knowledge of OData.
- Exposure to at least one API security standard (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
- Comfortable using Git for version control.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to React.js and frontend component libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, Material UI).
- Basic knowledge of cloud deployment (e.g., AWS).
- Familiarity with Docker, NGINX/Apache, or microservices architecture.
- Experience working with API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
