• OR Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization or experience in Interior Design
  

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building construction, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of construction work
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure adherence to design specificatins
• Ensure quality control and safety measures are strictly followed
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status
• Assist in material planning and site logistics
• Resolve site issues promptly in coordination with the project manager
  

Requirements:

• 23 years for Jr.Engineer/ 5-8yrs for Sr.Engineer experience in civil site supervision, preferably in residential or commercial building projects
• Good understanding of construction drawings, structural layouts, and interior design coordination (if applicable)
• Ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with all levels
• Knowledge of safety procedures and site management tools
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, or other construction software is a plus
