Responsibilities:

• Works out of a posh site office at Kannur on Hennur road , north Bangalore
• Good English is a priority
• Pleasant, courteous and professionally dressed
• Spreadsheet skills
• Scope of work
• Selling apartments in the bracket of 1.2 cr to 2.9 cr
• Presenting marketing materials such as walkthrough, Pictures and brochures to clients
• First call and follow up calls
• Willing to work on weekends , Mondays are off
• Develop marketing strategies for residential properties
• Manage social media presence and campaigns
• Collaborate with sales head on lead generation
• Measure and report on marketing performance metrics
