Job Description

  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
  • Support the development of learning materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
  • Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) with training records and materials.
  • Help track and analyze employee participation and feedback from training sessions.
  • Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide administrative support to the L&D team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand training needs and deliverables
