Scheduling Job Description

1. Develop and maintain the overall project schedule, outlining key milestones,

deliverables, and timelines in alignment with the project's scope and goals.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, contractors, and senior management, to ensure alignment on project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

3. Establish systems and protocols to track project progress, regularly updating and reviewing schedules to ensure activities are on course. Provide regular status updates to all stakeholders, summarizing progress, identifying risks, and highlighting critical actions required to keep the project on track.

4. Promote a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes, gathering feedback, and applying lessons learned to future projects.

Mechanical Job Description

1. Validate equipment design, finalize technical specs, and develop a detailed installation plan while collaborating with designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure equipment meets operational and safety standards.

2. Oversee the commissioning and validation of equipment, managing setup, calibration, and quality checks to ensure compliance, while addressing snags and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues effectively.

3. Deliver fully commissioned equipment to operations, providing handover documents, maintenance guidelines, and training to ensure smooth transitions and sustained

operational efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Education: B.Tech in Project Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience managing large-scale construction projects, ideally with a focus on manufacturing facilities.
  • Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred.

Project Management Expectations:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project status, risks, and changes effectively to all stakeholders.

Business Use

  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools) and strong Excel skills for advanced reporting and analysis.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
