What we are looking for: We are looking for QA Automation Engineer for one of our internal projects.
Role: QA Automation Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: WFO
Years of experience: 5+ Years of Experience
Job Requirements:
- Company is looking for a solid QA candidate who has automated and manual skills.
- Should have 5-7 years total with 3-4 years of automation
- must have selenium, BDD framework and Java
- Should be able to define comprehensive test plans for manual or automated testing & design and execute test scripts
- Should be able to review requirements, user stories and test Artifacts.
- Should be able to perform database queries using SQL and SOQL
- Should be able to perform data validation using MS Excel
- Must have Jira and Confluence
- Should have some lead experience
- Experienced in Agile - will be QA lead on scrum team/meetings, work with Architect
- Familiar with story point estimation and Agile ceremonies
- Salesforce is a plus
- Healthcare is a plus
Roles and responsibilities:
- Work with technical and business team members to review requirements, design, develop and execute manual and automated tests for software solutions that is developed on the SaaS platform
- Review requests for all work efforts and provide estimates and schedules when applicable
- Define comprehensive test plans for manual and automated testing of software solutions
- Adhere to corporate system development life cycle, corporate style standards, governance, and other related policies
- Work with QA Manager, Scrum Master, Project Manager, Business, IT Business Partner, Business Analyst, Developer and Implementation Analyst to deliver quality software solutions.
- Performs other related duties and activities as required.
Education and Experience:
- Associate or bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Software QA Analyst with 5+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of Software Development and Software Testing Life Cycle
- Understanding of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
- Familiar with Salesforce, Zephyr Scale, Jira, Confluence and MS Office
- Knowledge of Selenium WebDriver, Eclipse, Java, TestNG, Page Object Model, GIT, Jenkins,Postman, JMeter, Oracle, MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of Healthcare Domain is preferred

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail and passion for quality
- Self-motivated and can work under aggressive deadlines and on different applications concurrently
