We re searching for a talented and passionate Senior Technical Consultant having experience on Cloud network and security management to join our delivery team, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting Cloud IT infrastructure for our customers around the world.

Primary responsibility of the role is to ensure high availability of customers Datacenter IT Infrastructure managed by us. Perform Incident, Problem Change Management activities, ensure that daily operational tasks are running smooth that includes daily health check of servers, managing daily operational tasks, resolving incidents, service requests and executing changes

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure high availability of customer s Cloud IT infrastructure
• Perform daily health check and routine scheduled maintenance. Review system logs and find potential issues
• Configure and support networks in cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP) includes configuring private and public IP addresses, network interfaces, subnets, DNS, routing, virtual networks, and peering.
• Configure Firewall rules, DNS entries, cloud PaaS including load-balancer, Network address translation (NAT) gateway, WAF, Network and Application Security Group (NSG and ASG)
• Troubleshoot and take ownership of incident until resolved
• Complete service requests and execute changes assigned
• Escalate issues/incidents to next level and follow-up until closure
• Ensuring that the SLAs are met for all incident, problem, request, and change
• Participate in root cause investigation
• Review logs/monitoring data/reports to identify capacity bottleneck and suggest for improvement
• Generate the various reports required for operations management
• Keep tickets up-to-date as per response SLA in ITSM tool
• Contribute knowledge articles and update them in a timely manner when required

This is a 24x7 support operations role and is ideal for hard working and excellent in server management and troubleshooting skills with a positive outlook. Ideally you should have minimum 4-6 years relevant experience including technical support environment. You should be ready to work in shifts, in customer time zone and during off business hours.

Qualifications Work Experience:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/ B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)
• Should have either Azure Architect /GCP Architect certification and ITIL certification
• CCIE/CCNP or equivalent , Palo Alto/CheckPoint / Aviatrix certification
• Strong analytical experience for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance issues
• Experience operating and maintaining network devices and security products like Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, and other industry-leading network hardware and software.
• Experience in Cloud migration
• Experience of deploying and managing multi-cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as hybrid implementations.
• Experience on cloud security and compliance
• Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps principles
• Experience working with some or all technologies below:
  • Azure / GCP
  • Azure Automation / DevOps / Multi-Cloud Management
  • Terraform / Aviatrix
  • AD/DNS/DHCP/ADFS/PKI
  • Cloud Firewall, Application Gateway, NSG, Load Balancer, Cloud DNS
  • Cloud NAT, VNAT, VNAT peering
  • Docker containers, Kubernetes

Skill Set:

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent in creating service review and management reports
• Good analytical skills and ability to identity trends
• Ability to lead customer facing communication
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work cross functional with application, network, security, and workplace teams
• Ability to document technical information for training, technical operations run books, and knowledgebase
• Knowledge of IT service manage standards
• Knowledge of information security standards and compliance
• Understanding and experience in working within an ITIL framework operational environment
