Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
  
• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and checklists for manufacturing processes.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product design, development, testing, and production.
  
• Analyze data from SPC analysis to optimize process performance and reduce defects.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all quality-related activities, including records management.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the commercial Kitchen industry.
  
• Bachelor's degreeDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent in any specialization; knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP etc. would be an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of manufacturing quality principles, SPQCDM (Statistical Process Quality Control Design Method), SPC Analysis (Statistical Process Control).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
