Job Description

Job Summary:
BS/BA in a related field and at least 5 years of relevant experience Experience designing graphic user interface elements and UI mockups/prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look Strong understanding of the end-to-end UX/UI lifecycle, design principles and process Must be organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities Experience working with desktop, mobile web, and native apps Excellent eye and visual taste, including a passion for simplicity and a clean, crisp aesthetic Experience with large-scale projects Basic knowledge and understanding of human-centered thinking/design Experience using methodologies such as Agile, Lean UX, and Lean Startup.

Experience using web analytics data to inform design decisions. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to present projects and status reports to senior management. Current with the latest UX and UI trends, techniques, and technologies Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript Excellent verbal and visual communicator that is flexible and patient
