We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer who can make an impact on designs and presentations for the organization.

What you'll do:
1. User Research & Analysis:
- Conduct usability testing, surveys, and user interviews to gather insights.
- Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
2. UX Design:
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and user flows.
- Define intuitive interaction models and task flows to enhance user experience.
3. UI Design:
- Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Create high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
4. Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement and refine designs.
- Present design concepts and prototypes clearly to gather feedback and align on goals.
5. Design System & Consistency:
- Maintain and contribute to a design system or component library.
- Ensure consistency in visual elements such as typography, colour palettes, spacing, and UI components.
6. Tools & Technology:
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for design handoff and developer collaboration (nice to have).
About You:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of both user interface and user experience principles.
- Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS) for design handoff.
- Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system.
- Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
