    Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and versatile Tele caller cum Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle both tele calling and office administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires a combination of customer service skills and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Tele calling Duties: Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers to promote products or services. Answer inbound calls and address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, including call outcomes and customer feedback. Follow up on leads and sales inquiries in a timely manner. Assist in generating new business opportunities through effective communication. Office Assistance Duties: Provide general administrative support to office staff, including data entry, filing, document management & Emails. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail. Handle OLX Posting and responses. Assist with organizing and maintaining office equipment and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling or customer service roles preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and basic office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional demeanour with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
