Job Description

    Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team. as a Office Assistant to join our growing company. You will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the company under the direction and instruction of the Management to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the office. The successful candidate will have excellent administration, communication and organization skills, be proactive and personable. This new role would be perfect for someone keen to build their experience in an office environment within a food industry. This is a fast-paced and busy studio so there's lots to do and get stuck into. If you have the necessary skills, abilities and ambition, wed love to hear from you. Duties & Responsibilities: Answering the telephone, screening and directing calls, taking and passing on messages as appropriate Answering the main door, greeting and welcoming visitors Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, parcels, packages and deliveries Dealing with routine telephone, email and postal enquiries Monitoring and maintaining the companys admin email account Ordering and maintaining office supplies and consumables Handle the customer data Data entry work in our CRM system. Any other additional duties assigned by the Management Qualifications & Skills: Any Degree / Diploma Previous experience in office staff/front office/reception is preferable Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge in computer applications, and CRM systems is a must Freshers with good personality & communication skills are also welcome Benefits: Competitive salary.
