Essential Job Functions - Vendor Management Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Negotiate terms & conditions, and pricing agreements with vendors to secure favourable terms for the company. Develop & maintain strong relationships with vendors. Quality Assurance Ensure that purchased goods and services meet the quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and quality checks as needed to verify product/service quality. Compliance Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, as well as local and international regulations. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting procurement. Documentation and Reporting Prepare regular reports on procurement performance & cost analysis Supplier Performance Evaluation Conduct regular evaluations of supplier performance, including delivery timeliness, quality, and service levels.
