As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations at our facility, ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership skills and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards. Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed diligently. Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address security risks. Train and mentor security staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, providing effective solutions. Maintain accurate records of security activities, incidents, and personnel performance. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in security management are a plus. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. Proficiency in using security systems and technology. Valid security license or certification as required by local regulations.
