Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect with expertise in the Microsoft Well Architected Framework (WAF). In this role, you will collaborate with various products within our tax portfolio to develop, execute, and document comprehensive WAF assessments. You will work closely with lead architects and engineers to gather detailed insights into the current architectural state of our products, ensuring alignment with best practices and optimization for performance, security, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct WAF assessments for multiple products within the tax portfolio.
• Collaborate with lead architects and engineering teams to understand and document the current architecture of products.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations based on WAF principles.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to WAF assessments and architectural best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in cloud architecture and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Cloud Architect, specifically with the Microsoft Well Architected Framework.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and provide strategic insights for improvement.
