Mega Walk-in Drive For Freshers - Non - Voice Process Navi Mumbai

( Monday- Friday Only )

Position: Trainee Process Consultant (International Non-Voice Process / Back office)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the basic professional standards and established procedures, and USA insurance policies before taking action and making decisions.
• Processing claims as per the process guidelines.
• Adhering to the service level and understanding Quality & Auditing parameters.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation is mandatory for 2020/2021/2022/2023/2024 /2025 passed
• 0-1 year exp can apply
• Not eligible - BEB Tech & Diploma

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Good Oral and Written Communication Skill in English
• Good Typing Skills & Basic computer Navigation Skills
• Should be flexible to work in shifts. (7.30 am to 4.30 pm And 4.30 pm to 1.30 am)
• Pickup and drop facility provide.
