What Youll Do
Tax Analyst - Support Team is an excellent opportunity for a candidate to work in a creative environment and grow within our business. The Support Team Tax Analyst provides our customers exceptional product assistance and service information by phone and email. You will report to the Lead/Manager
Provide customer phone and email support in the business, including product features.
Maintain all customer information.
Prepare sales and lodging tax returns based on deadline requirements.
Work with jurisdictions by phone and email to investigate and resolve notices, amend tax returns, close customer tax accounts, and troubleshoot filing discrepancies.
You will identify areas of improvement and efficiency.
Demonstrate consistent, efficiency, and accuracy in work tasks.
Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent listening skills with an ability to anticipate customers needs and ask good questions.
Ability to convey information and walk a customer through steps.
A quick study with the ability to teach yourself new skills like software applications and find answers on your own.
Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in Customer Support
Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent business math skills
1 to 3 years of experience in Indirect taxes, which can include Sales Use, Communications Tax, Lodging taxes, or experience dealing with taxing jurisdictions
Knowledgeable in Salesforce, RingCentral
