Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks.
Automate functional, regression, performance, and integration test cases for web, desktop, and API-based applications.
Ensure test automation scripts are robust, efficient, and maintainable.
Define and implement test automation strategies aligned with project goals.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as JavA, C#
Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, RestAssured, Cypress, or similar.
Acquire knowledge of our products that require testing, including their specifications, components, and functionalities.
Oversee and maintain custom test systems to consistently meet established production test needs, engaging the design team for assistance in sustaining and enhancing these systems.
Apply problem-solving skills and assess engineering and manufacturing compromises when preparing for and adapting to uncertainties, risks, and opportunities in projects.
Expertise in developing test requirements, test plans, test cases, methodologies, and documentation for test system development
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- Understanding various software development lifecycle
- Some relevant experience
- Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices
- Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
- Effective communicator
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or forced to by events
- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness
- Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts
