Hematology & Oncology ASM

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell haematology-related products to Oncology & Haematology

healthcare professionals in hospitals, specialty clinics, and private practices.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including

hematologists, oncologists, pathologists, pharmacists, and labs

• Educate healthcare providers on product benefits, clinical data, usage, and

proper administration.

• Execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales goals
• Plan & Report sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM

tools.

• Stay up-to-date on disease state knowledge, competitive landscape, and

healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 4-6 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device

industry; hematology or oncology experience strongly preferred.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong clinical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex

medical information.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory

Preferred Skills:

• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in hematology or oncology.
• Experience with launching new products or indications.
• Knowledge of HCP networks and influencers
