Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring accurate daily data collection related to retailer sales.
• Collaborating with retailers and the marketing team to develop and execute mutually beneficial promotional activities aimed at enhancing footfalls and revenue.
• Engaging in routine interactions with retailers for information sharing and relationship building
• Coordinating and executing events related to food, fashion, and entertainment to achieve maximum visibility
• Collecting gift coupons from retailers for new initiatives.
• Acting as an integral team member for creating communication for end customers
• Maintaining customer feedback
• Generating invoices for CAM, water, HVAC, and other services.
• Ensuring timely collection of all invoices to maintain a steady cash flow.
