Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, payroll coordination, and performance management. A strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and manufacturing industry practices is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Coordinate and support performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee queries and resolve issues related to HR policies and procedures.
Support in designing and implementing company policies aligned with company values and goals.
Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, bonuses, etc.).
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Plan and coordinate HR training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with departments to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR support.
Assist in managing employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive setup.
Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., HRMS), MS Office, and payroll software.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
