Job Description We are seeking a skilled and passionate Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to join our core engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our software product. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to create innovative solutions and enhance our existing features. Key Responsibilities Design and implement new features and functionalities for the Classpro product Enhance and optimize existing features to improve performance and user experience Participate in architectural decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability of the system Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards Conduct thorough testing of developed code, including unit tests and integration tests Troubleshoot and fix production bugs in a timely manner Manage the development cycle using Git and follow proper version control practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and Ruby on Rails Required Skills And Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience (1+ years) as a Ruby on Rails developer Expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework and its ecosystem Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Familiarity with database systems (e.g. MySQL) and writing efficient queries Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git (ref:hirist.tech),
