Job Description

Role & responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Selection Process

  • Coordinating and receiving manpower requisitions from the HODs.
  • Understanding about the job requirement of the vacant position by discussing with respective department HOD
  • Job postings of vacant positions in internet portals as & when required.
  • Taking care of the entire end to end recruitment process in coordination with the respective department HODs.
  • Profile screening, shortlisting and scheduling for telecom/F2F interviews however based on the candidate and the interviewers availability.
  • Coordinating and collecting the technical/clinical rounds feedback and discussing with the candidate about the scope of job opportunity.
  • Salary negotiation & getting background verification done.
  • Releasing offer letters and being touch with the offered candidates till they get on boarded.
  • Maintaining and updating day to day trackers i.e. MRF tracker & HRIS. updating the same to superiors.

2. Joining Formalities

  • Briefing about the joining formalities, organization, policies, clauses, protocols, terms & conditions during the induction.
  • Providing temporary ID Card, uniform and biometric access to the new Joinee.
  • Getting pre-employment checks ups done for new joinees and filing of the records in the personal file.
  • Providing orientation to the hospital facilities.
  • Issuing offer/appointment letter.
  • Finishing joining formalities by verifying all the documents as per the checklist.
  • Filing all the documents in personal files as per the specified checklist.

3. Payroll Activities

  • Salary account opening and scheduling new joinee for HR Induction.
  • Taking care of HRMS ESparsh leave management and providing inputs to payroll specialist during the payroll process every month.
  • Thorough monitoring of employees day to day attendance and leaves etc
  • Preparing all doctors agreements and taking care of the renewals in coordination with the HODs.
  • Uploading new joinees details in the ESparsh software and allocating the reporting hierarchy in the software.
  • Providing inputs of resigned employees during the payroll process and full and final settlement.
  • Issuing experience and relieving letters to resigned employees.

4. Other Day to Day Activities

  • Updating personnel filing as per the checklist.
  • Making through grooming rounds every day and putting penalties for non-grooming and posting the same in the relevant groups to create an awareness about the grooming standards.
  • Issuing verbal & written warning letters to employees for non-compliance with grooming standards.
  • Listening and assisting employees to their day to day concerns.
  • Conducting soft skills sessions for all employees in coordination with external trainers.
  • Conducting monthly birthday celebrations of employees.
  • Recognizing and announcing best employee of the month.
  • Having good rapport with the regular vendors i.e. ID Card, name badge, uniforms etc
  • Preparing and issuing appraisal/increment/promotion letters to the employees.
  • Create internal employee Referral System.
  • Visiting Nagarbhavi Clinic.
  • Visiting both Kangaroo Care boys and girls hostel and resolving issues if any.
  • Issuing Show Cause Notices (SCN) to the absconded employees.
  • Taking care of exit formalities of resigned employees.
  • Issuing experience and relieving letters.
  • Coordinating and getting employee engagement activities done for the calendar year.
  • Responsible for any other additional responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
