    Marketing Professional Operations & Demand Generation Location: Pune Experience: 3-5 years Industry Preference: IT/ITeS The Role: We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and growth-focused Marketing Professional to drive marketing operations and demand generation efforts with a singular focus on pipeline growth. Reporting to the Marketing Lead for Demand Generation, this role will play a pivotal part in crafting and executing marketing strategies, GTM outreach programs, and ABM campaigns that accelerate lead conversion. The candidate will be also be responsible for Global SEO optimization and Website Marketing. The Marketing Professional will work closely with the Inside Sales team to enhance pipeline efficiency and liaise with Business Unit Heads to align marketing initiatives with market trends, client expectations, and business offerings. This role requires a strong blend of analytical, operational, and creative skills, ensuring seamless execution of marketing campaigns, events, ABM, and digital initiatives. A flair for writing and the ability to engage audiences through micro-blogging and social content at intervals will be an added advantage. Requirements Skills Requirements: Marketing operations management with a focus on campaign execution, lead tracking, and reporting. ABM strategy and execution to support targeted outreach, account engagement, and high-intent lead generation. High focus on using AI for strategy building, campaign execution, content creation & optimization Campaign management including budget allocation, execution, and performance tracking across channels. Digital marketing execution across email marketing, social media, and digital advertising to maximize reach and engagement. Event strategy & planning, including industry conferences, webinars, roundtables, and hosted events to drive audience engagement. Global SEO optimization to enhance website visibility, organic lead acquisition, and search rankings. Website marketing with a focus on conversion rate optimization, content updates, and engagement tracking. Go-to-market strategy execution in collaboration with the Marketing Lead and Inside Sales, ensuring a structured approach to lead generation. Collaboration with business unit heads to understand industry needs, client challenges, and competitive positioning for effective messaging. Data-driven campaign optimization using marketing analytics to measure campaign ROI, engagement rates, and lead conversion efficiency. Content engagement through micro-blogging and strategic content pieces to enhance brand awareness and thought leadership. Process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance marketing efficiency and campaign execution. Key Responsibilities: Support and execute demand generation campaigns that drive high-intent leads and accelerate pipeline growth. Align marketing initiatives with industry trends, market needs, and business unit priorities for impactful GTM strategies. Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to improve lead qualification, conversion rates, and ABM execution. Plan and manage events, conferences, and webinars to establish brand presence and generate business opportunities. Optimize website content and SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and audience engagement. Develop ABM strategies and execute targeted campaigns to penetrate key accounts and drive conversions. Ensure seamless marketing operations, campaign tracking, CRM updates, and performance reporting. Work with cross-functional teams to develop content for marketing initiatives, including micro-blogging and digital storytelling. Monitor and analyze key marketing performance indicators to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve ROI. Liaise with internal business stakeholders to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and client expectations. Identify new marketing opportunities and implement innovative approaches to scale demand generation. Required Skills & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, and pipeline acceleration in IT/ITeS. Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns and manage ABM initiatives with measurable impact. Should have experience in leveraging AI tools for optimization, trend analysis, and strategy execution. Experience in B2B marketing, events strategy, and digital marketing execution. Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and marketing automation tools. Ability to work with Inside Sales teams and business unit heads to drive revenue-focused marketing initiatives. Excellent analytical skills with experience in campaign performance tracking, lead funnel analytics, and conversion rate optimization. Flair for writing with experience in micro-blogging, social media content, and audience engagement strategies. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of executing marketing strategies with minimal supervision.
