As a key member of our HR department, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service, driving team engagement, and fostering a culture of growth and development. Company Description: Inspired by the urban art of living, the Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road offers elegant dcor and a range of top-notch amenities in the Marathahalli area. The hotel is strategically located between the heart of Bengaluru and the major business district, making it an ideal choice for business travelers. With 218 rooms across six categories and five dining options, including Chinese and Thai cuisine at Shao and traditional Indian cuisine at Saffron, guests have a variety of choices. The hotel also features a convention center, a vibrant nightclub, an open-air swimming pool, and a spa offering Indian and Western treatments. Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy Manager Human Resources. You'll oversee daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You'll also ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations, manage employee records, and collaborate with department heads to meet staffing needs and support organizational growth.
