Job Description

Quality Assurance Oversight:
-
Monitor and ensure adherence to quality standards for all products and services.

Conduct regular checks and audits to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.

Product Testing & Inspection:
-
Perform in-depth testing and inspections on materials, components, and final products to verify their quality.
-
Develop and implement testing procedures to improve product quality, accuracy, and reliability.

Documentation & Reporting:
-
Document test results, defects, and corrective actions in compliance with company standards.
-
Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate findings to senior management and other departments.

Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions:
-
Investigate quality issues to determine the root cause of defects and discrepancies.

Develop and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects and improve overall product quality.

Collaboration & Communication:
-
Work closely with production, research and development (R&D), and engineering teams to align quality standards across departments.

Provide quality-related guidance and training to team members to enhance product quality and performance.

Continuous Improvement:
-
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance quality control processes.
-
Suggest and implement new technologies or methodologies for better quality assurance practices.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of QA processes, tools, and methodologies. Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, or Lean methodologies is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Excellent ability to detect issues, spot inconsistencies, and identify areas for improvement in products and processes.

Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to prepare reports and collaborate effectively across departments.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with quality management software and tools.
