With over 110 hotels and 10,000+ rooms, Lemon Tree Hotels offers seven brands catering to various hotel segments. The group is known for its fresh, spirited, and youthful approach to hospitality. What we are looking for: Bachelors degree/diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or relevant discipline). 3+ years of experience in a hospitality/industrial engineering role (hotel pre-opening experience is a big plus). Strong knowledge of engineering systems and equipment in a hotel environment. Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. Proactive, hands-on approach with an eye for detail and safety. Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support engineering operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, STP/WTP, fire safety, and BMS systems. Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules. Lead and train a team of technicians and engineers to maintain high standards of maintenance and safety. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely completion of MEP setups and handovers.
