Job Description
- Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 5+ years (including experience managing rope access teams) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Rope Access Project Manager to lead and manage rope access operations across various industrial sites. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution of projects while maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise rope access operations at client sites Liaise with clients to understand scope of work and ensure smooth execution Develop work schedules, manpower deployment plans, and equipment logistics Ensure adherence to IRATA and site-specific safety protocols Lead, manage, and motivate rope access teams including technicians and supervisors Monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure timely completion of projects Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and method statements as needed Coordinate with procurement/logistics for equipment and consumables Track project costs and report project status to senior management Maintain site documentation, JMRs, daily reports, and client communications Ensure compliance with all statutory and internal HR requirements Requirements: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field preferred IRATA Level 3 (preferred) or experience managing IRATA/non-IRATA rope access teams Minimum 5 years of experience in rope access project execution and supervision Sound knowledge of industrial safety standards and rope access techniques Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across India as per requirements Familiarity with Sheeting, industrial painting, or structural repair works.
