Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller with 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, specifically in the areas of Digital Marketing, Web Development, and Web Designing. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of these services and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, driving conversions and sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our digital marketing, web development, and web design services. Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions in line with their business goals. Generate sales leads and arrange follow-up calls for potential clients. Maintain a detailed record of calls, client information. Provide clients with basic technical information related to services such as SEO, PPC, social media management, website development, and website design. Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, web development, and design to offer accurate and relevant information to clients. Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for lead generation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
