Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases. Do Manual and Automation testing of Web application and Mobile application. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet quality standards. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. designers, developers and project managers) to identify project requirements and functionalities. Monitor debugging process results. Requirements Experience in Manual and automation testing UX and Customer web application and mobile app testing experience required Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases Strong desire to learn and share knowledge with others Able to communicate effectively with clients at technical as well as functional levels Should have problem solving skills and good with decision making Experience in working with an Agile development process is preferred Good Knowledge of at least one defect management and tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis, Rally, BugHost, Asana, Assembla, Trello, BugTracker, Google Docs, MS Excel etc. Benefits Work with industry experts, entrepreneurs, authors, mentors. 5-Days Working Flexible Working Hours Open and free culture Events, annual fests, birthdays, picnics, trips, and creative meets.
