    Job description Job Title: Field Service Coordinator Location: Pune Position Type: Full-time Job Summary: As a Field Service Coordinator at Bharati Robotic Systems India Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of our robotic systems at client sites. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing field service activities, responding to customer inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for robotics and automation. Responsibilities: Field Service Management: Coordinate and schedule field service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs of robotic systems at client sites. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the implementation phase. Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement. Technical Support: Provide remote and on-site technical support to field service engineers and technicians . Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, coordinating with the engineering team to implement effective solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of field service activities, including service reports, equipment status, and customer communication. Generate regular reports on field service performance, highlighting key metrics and trends. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for field service personnel to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge. Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology and provide training to both internal teams and customers. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Conduct regular audits of field service activities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Logistics and Resource Management: Coordinate logistics for field service operations, including the timely delivery of spare parts and equipment. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in a field service or technical support role, preferably in the robotics or automation industry. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Familiarity with robotic systems, control systems, and automation technologies.
